Delivery and Shipping

Currently, we offer shipping within the United Arab Emirates and GCC countries (Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar, and Oman). However, we are actively working to expand our shipping services to cover the entire Middle East and international territories.

We generally process orders from Monday to Friday and strive to ship them within 24 hours. Shipments within Dubai typically arrive within 1-2 business days, while deliveries to other Emirates generally take 2-3 days. Deliveries to GCC countries usually take 4 to 5 working days, excluding customs clearance. We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

This precision process is carried out by a specialized machine that carefully controls pressure and temperature to ensure optimal performance. While not required, every weld is reinforced with tape, adding an extra layer of protection for double the safety in demanding conditions.

The EXPLORER NST is equipped with the Overlay Protection System (OPS), crafted from durable Cordura material to reinforce and protect high-wear areas, including the shoulders, back, and arms.

Integrated XBP Bellows Pockets

The standard EXPLORER NST configuration includes two XBP bellows pockets, offering

ample storage space for essential dive gear.

  • Reinforced outer pocket cover with a support rod for easy opening and closing, even with thick gloves.
  • Integrated bungee loops to securely attach equipment and keep everything within reach.
