SHIPPING COST
FREE SHIPPING on orders above AED 300 within UAE!
WHERE WE SHIP
Currently, we offer shipping within the United Arab Emirates and other Middle Eastern countries. We have also recently added selected international shipping destinations and are actively working to expand our delivery services worldwide.
Please note:
- We do not ship to PO Boxes or forwarding addresses.
- For delivery, please provide a contact person's name, delivery address, and a valid phone number.
- Failure to provide correct information may significantly delay the processing and shipping of your order. Please ensure accurate and complete details to facilitate smooth delivery.
DELIVERY TIMES
We generally process orders from Monday to Friday and strive to ship them within 24 hours. Shipments within Dubai typically arrive within 1-2 business days, while deliveries to other Emirates generally take 2-3 days. Deliveries to GCC countries usually take 4 to 5 working days, and international shipping to other destinations generally takes 4-6 business days depending on the country. All shipping times exclude customs clearance procedures and delays.
Please be aware:
- We do not ship orders on Saturday and Sunday.
- Delays or variations in delivery times may occur due to courier delays, unforeseen circumstances, or extreme weather conditions.
VAT, Taxes & Customs Duties Notice
Orders shipped outside the UAE are subject to local import duties, customs clearance fees, VAT, or other taxes imposed by the destination country.
These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Any applicable fees will be collected directly by the courier or local customs authority upon delivery.
SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION AND ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a notification via email that contains all details regarding your shipment including tracking number.
UNSUCCESSFUL DELIVERY ATTEMPTS
It is your responsibility to ensure availability at the provided delivery address. If the shipping company is unable to deliver the shipment after several unsuccessful attempts, the package will be returned to us. We will then initiate a store refund for your order. Please note that in such cases, shipping costs will be borne by you, even if the order originally qualified for free shipping.
OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
In very rare instance if an item marked In Stock is out of stock, we will contact you and if agreed, the item will be shipped as soon as we receive them from our suppliers.
SPECIAL ORDERS POLICY
CANCELED ORDERS
If the order has already been shipped and a cancellation is allowed, it will be your responsibility to pay the complete shipping and handling charges.
