At the core of this innovation is Fothergill’s TYGATEX® material, a high-performance rip-stop nylon that offers the perfect balance of flexibility and strength. Its polyester-like texture ensures ease of movement, superior comfort, and effortless donning.

But the XPEDITION isn’t just about materials—it’s about precision craftsmanship. Our advanced SCUBA FORCE Double Seal Technology takes seam protection to the next level. Developed through years of expertise, we combine Aquasure-sealed seams with an additional hot-melt tape, engineered by a leading German manufacturer supplying the automotive industry. This dual-seal system enhances flexibility and abrasion resistance, ensuring unmatched durability in the most demanding diving conditions.

OPS – Overlay Protection System

The XPEDITION is equipped with the Overlay Protection System (OPS), designed to reinforce and protect high-wear areas such as the shoulders, back, and arms.

For maximum customization, we offer the OPS in two durable materials: Kevlar and Cordura.

• Kevlar is available in two unique designs: Classic and Triangular.
• Cordura is available in eight color options: Black, Red, Blue, Olive, Camouflage, Pink, Orange, and Yellow.

With these choices, divers can tailor their XPEDITION suit for both style and durability, ensuring the best protection in any diving environment.

Integrated XBP Bellows Pockets

The XPEDITION comes equipped with two XBP bellows pockets as part of its standard configuration. These large-volume pockets provide secure and easily accessible storage for essential diving equipment.

Key features include:

• Reinforcement rod in the outer pocket cover for easy opening and closing, even with thick gloves.
• Integrated bungee loops to keep gear secure and within reach.
• Additional internal pockets for organized storage of items such as wetnotes and other small accessories.
