Delivery and Shipping

Currently, we offer shipping within the United Arab Emirates and GCC countries (Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar, and Oman). However, we are actively working to expand our shipping services to cover the entire Middle East and international territories.

We generally process orders from Monday to Friday and strive to ship them within 24 hours. Shipments within Dubai typically arrive within 1-2 business days, while deliveries to other Emirates generally take 2-3 days. Deliveries to GCC countries usually take 4 to 5 working days, excluding customs clearance. Returns and Refunds

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Here at Scuba Force, one of our top priorities is to safeguard the environment through resource conservation, energy efficiency, and waste reduction during our manufacturing processes.

We have a lot of chances as a manufacturer to preserve the environment and develop sustainable goods. Through recycling, the process of making new items from resources that would otherwise be considered waste has become an environmental decision in some of our manufacturing processes. Waste accumulates daily at our production sites in Poland and Germany which is nearly impossible to prevent. In the past, such waste materials were discarded.

At Scuba Force, we have adopted a program to recycle the daily accumulation of waste products in our new GREEN LINE program and products. This ensures that Green Line products include at least 60% recycled materials in the manufacturing processes. The first in the Scuba Force Green Line series; a pocket which threads onto webbing made from TYGATEX, recycled material from our drysuit manufacturing.

This front pocket is sufficient for storing accessories (22x14x4 cm), with an equipment bungee for additional security of your accessory equipment. The front pocket includes a Scuba Force Line Cutter for added value.
