equipment under two distinct conditions, which are clearly identified on each
product page:
1.1 Expert-Checked & Serviced Products
These items have been:
- Inspected by a qualified
technician; - Fully serviced and tested where
applicable; - Shipped from the Seller’s
facility.
1.2 As-Is / Owner-Described Products
These items are:
- Sold without inspection, testing,
or servicing by the Seller; - Listed strictly based on the
original owner’s description; - Sold in their existing condition
(“as-is, where-is”).
The applicable condition will always be clearly stated on the product
page.
2. Product Descriptions & Pricing
Transparency
- For reference purposes only, the original
retail price (brand new) may be displayed. - The actual selling price
reflects the used/pre-owned condition and applicable costs. - Retail reference prices do not
constitute a representation of current market value or condition.
3. No Returns, No Refunds
ALL PRE-OWNED AND USED PRODUCTS ARE FINAL SALE.
To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law:
- Pre-owned products are non-returnable

to: - Ensure compatibility with their
existing equipment; - Seek professional fitting or
additional servicing if desired. - The Seller shall not be liable
for improper use, misuse, or post-sale modifications.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Seller shall not be liable
for:
- Indirect or consequential
damages; - Personal injury or equipment
failure arising after delivery; - Any reliance on owner-provided
descriptions for “as-is” items.
