Currently, we offer shipping within the United Arab Emirates and GCC countries (Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar, and Oman). However, we are actively working to expand our shipping services to cover the entire Middle East and international territories.
We generally process orders from Monday to Friday and strive to ship them within 24 hours. Shipments within Dubai typically arrive within 1-2 business days, while deliveries to other Emirates generally take 2-3 days. Deliveries to GCC countries usually take 4 to 5 working days, excluding customs clearance.
