Currently, we offer shipping within the United Arab Emirates and GCC countries (Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar, and Oman). However, we are actively working to expand our shipping services to cover the entire Middle East and international territories.
We generally process orders from Monday to Friday and strive to ship them within 24 hours. Shipments within Dubai typically arrive within 1-2 business days, while deliveries to other Emirates generally take 2-3 days. Deliveries to GCC countries usually take 4 to 5 working days, excluding customs clearance. Shearwater offers a worldwide 2-year warranty on all products. The warranty lives with the unit, not with the original purchaser. This means that whether you buy your unit from our dealer network or second-hand, the warranty will still be effective.
- Shearwater will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace defective products covered under warranty.
- Unauthorized repairs, accidental damage, or negligence are not covered by the warranty.
- The warranty covers included accessories such as chargers and straps.
